            Like I spoke about in the previous blog, the commitment issues that the younger generations have been said to have, also extends into the workplace.  We have also been branded as the work-shy generation with a "snowflake" tendency. Commitment - the new generation problem.

     The Millennials also Gen Y, Gen alpha and especially our generation the infamous Gen Z, have been tagged as  commitment-phobic, we've been called entitled and selfie-obsessed,  There are majorly two areas that lack of commitment affects, relationships and workplace. we are going to talk about relationships in part one this blog.     According to the Pew Research, millennials, Gen Z and Gen Alpha are less likely to be married in their 20s than previous generations, while Gallup found a whopping 64% of 18-29-year-olds were single in 2014, having risen from 52% in 2004.     How reasonable is it to live in a tiny house or a mobile home? Questions have been popping up concerning this topic over the past few years, as many people have lost their jobs and are unable to pay the high cost of rent in the united states, more people are migrating from owning regular homes to Tiny houses or Mobile homes.
